Twirling Twirls

A musical note began to play, such sweet notes that came to his ears the tea cups one after the other sang ever so softly. What a pity he was alone and the cake was going bad eating all the other little cups that way by. His hand moved up holding a tea cup ever so smoothly and moving ever so slowly his fingers he began to rotate it upon his index

"...A very marry unbrithday~"

His voice echoed through the emptiness of the woods in wonderland, where was that Hare anyway? not here, not there, not everywhere. The Hatter took a deep breath what was this sanely mad world coming too? when a happy marry unbirthday had to be celebrated alone?! Well, not quite alone the door mouse was still sleeping. The Hatter drew a smile

"I'll go see the Queen!"

-Alice looked around the courtroom-
"Did she really just say "Off with her head"?'
-Unfortunately Alice didn't need an answer the dead silence was enough. *Okay Alice how will we get ourselves out of this one?* She had a history of getting into trouble but this by far trumped anything and everything she had ever done. she moved away from the Card Guards that approached her, backing out of that horrid court room and away from that wretched Queen, it was now or never, sink or swim and Alice had never been the type to run from her problems but everyone makes exceptions once in a while. Alice turned and ran as fast as her legs could carry her in the wild unknown woods of Wonderland-

"If i had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense, nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't."

Marry on his way, the Hatter walked the woods. His feet moved gracefully though the rest of his body was a bit of a mess. Ah he loved greeting everything as he walked and offering tea as well, the flowers were a bit to scared though. The Hatter's smile became slightly dark; it wasn't his fault they were so good for picking ~ not to mention tea making.

"Good day, bad day, some day, all day~"

He spoke cheerfully, at everyone that crossed his path, and at the once that didn't as well. Well if he was to make certain that everything was greeted then nothing had to be greeted as well and if it wasn't then how could he say he had greeted everyone? He stopped at his sudden thought. The smile he had turned into a frown. No he was sure to meet nothing as well~

Scrambling out of his house, the March Hare glanced over at his garden table. It was empty, surprisingly enough. Not even the Dormouse was gracing the area this day. What had happened? Why had the Hatter taken his tea time elsewhere?

There was nothing else to do, then, so he continued down the path. Perhaps there was another Outsider visiting like little Alice had? Visitors were so rare, though, and Alice had been by only a few weeks ago.
The March Hare took the watch and looked at it gloomily: then he dipped it into his cup of tea, and looked at it again: but he could think of nothing better to say than his first remark, 'It was the best butter, you know.'

Tipping his head just enough to look up the trunk the Hatter smiled holding his hat. Oh sweet honey he thought as his hands moved in and pulled out a clunck of the golden price. He looked at it for a minute or two perhaps three since time wasn't important enough to him.

"Sweeten my tea my dear~"

He spoke opening the tea pot he carried and placing the large clunk of honey within it. He began to whistle, his dark hair moving with the wind from his lips. He stopped and moved the bangs from his face annoyed. He nodded letting the hair fall back to his face.

"I've found myself in a predicament it seems...My hair has a mind of it's own"

He smiled, that meant he had a friend, or a friend had him. His hand moved up once again moving the hair away from his face, his soft blue eyes looked ahead inquisitively. There was not time like tea time and tea time was to be set down soon.

The Tulgey Wood was as creepy as usual, so the Hare didn't pay much attention to the odd creatures. Just because the Cheshire Cat warned about the Jabberwock didn't mean it was around currently. Besides, things like that generally made more of a fuss when they showed up and he knew Wonderland well enough to discern when something really weird was about to happen - like Alice showing up.

Speaking of the Cheshire Cat, Marchy wondered where the striped creature had gotten off to now. It wasn't very strange for the feline to show up every now and then to scar the whiskers off the Dormouse. That was always quite a sight since the Dormouse would actually be awake for a considerable amount of time, considering who it was.

Was it just him or could he hear the mischievous cat singing his little poem about the Jabberwock in the trees a ways away?
The March Hare took the watch and looked at it gloomily: then he dipped it into his cup of tea, and looked at it again: but he could think of nothing better to say than his first remark, 'It was the best butter, you know.'

The hatters eyes looked intensively now, he sat down on a mushroom and sipped from his tea, a yes lovely day it was, or was it a day lovely? perhaps not... His eyes looked deep into the woods, a smile creep upon his cherry lips. Blue eyes closed a black eyeliner like cover was pressed upon them when he opened his eyes again the black line around his eyes made his blue stand out he blinked sipping from his tea yet again moving his head side to side as he did, humming the soft tone of insanity.

"Please, sit next to me~ have a little tea my dear..."

His voice was dark he moved back making the hat fall upon his eyes, covering most of his face eccept for his lips he continued humming and sipping his tea. Memories flashed before his scrambled mind. Sweet Queen, ah yes he would get vengeance. It was because of her time had cursed him it seemed.

"No time like tea time..."

He whispered standing up and dancing to the music his mind created with his cup and pot. No time like tea time~ he though as he danced around the woods. The flowers covered their petals as best as they could so that the Hatter wouldn't attempt to make tea out of the survivors.

The colors radiated like fireflies in the sky. Pinks, blues, greens, purples, reds and oranges. Sparkles here and orbs of light here. A dance of emotion within the air that she breathed. Her eyes talked to the insane area around her. They said..."Its so beautiful" simply. A majestic sight she had never seen before. A girl of chameleon hair stood up, her black clothes rustling as dust fell off the back part of her shorts.

"What an fascinating place I have found. How I got here I dont know...but I am willing to find out.", she spoke out, her eyes searching for a way to continue.

Low and behold, to the left of her was a path way lined with lush green grass in a single line. It invited anyone to walk upon it, the cushion from its length definately alluring to the senses. Stepping over quickly to it, she tip toed across to the middle and stood straight looking narrow eyes ahead.

"I dont know where this goes but I am willing.", she muttered out as she slowly began to skip down the path leading farther into the jungle known as ....

Wonderland

Hatter stopped dancing, his eyes blinked a few times before they looked down at his watch, or rather the device he carried in one of his many unseen pockets from his rather 'unique' fashion. He looked at it for a little while the flowers mourning the time which his clocked was forced to stop in.

"It's six o'clock, tea time my dear!!"

The Hatter screamed happily, he must of been dancing for a long time he nodded. Picking up his tea pot and pouring an endless stream of tea to his cup. Sipping from it he smiled. Such sweet delicacy was tea so simple and ready. He nodded as he walked by the flowers his eyes looking at them with hunger.

"Don't worry my pretty little friends, we'll meet again soon enough~"

He whispered as he walked slowly forward, how long had been since he went around wonderland. Where was that funny looking cat at? better yet where was the strange girl Alice now? After he went in and spoke against her, or for her? about her? He shrugged looking aside him there were some strange looking birds sitting on the tree.

"How delighting. Good day, bad day, someday, all day?"

The birds chipped. He bowed removing his hat, his dark hair moved with the wind atop his head was yet another clock, which rang dramatically. It was tea time~

-Alice was getting rather tired from all the running she seemed to be getting no where but she couldn't stop now those Card Soldiers were sure to be close by now. Alice heard a sharp crack followed by a painful fall through  down to  the woodland floor which ending in more of a crash than a usual fall should. Partly because she had landed smack dab in the middle of a table, she looked around to see broken tea set  and pastries scattered about.-

"A tea party, in the middle of nowhere, why who in their right mind would..."

-Sudden realization hit her and she chose not to sound silly and actually finish that statement, this was wonderland after all-

"Mister Hatter, its so nice to see you again..."

-she smiled awkwardly not really knowing what else to do-

"If i had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense, nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't."

Well, perhaps it hadn't been the Cheshire Cat, but the Hare could have sworn that he had heard singing earlier. Frowning in a way that looked more like a pout, not that he'd admit that he was pouting, the bunny-eared male padded back to the trail that wound through the forest. There were so many signs pointing every which way, but they only made sense to those who knew where they were going and, generally, those were the people who didn't need signs at all.

With a shudder, Marchy recognized the creeping feeling as a sign that there was someone new in Wonderland and wondered if the other inhabitants had the same experience as he did. Hatty had never seemed to react to the notices except to perhaps comment on them as if they were nothing more interesting than the weather.

Maybe it was something to do with the fact that he wasn't originally from Wonderland.
The March Hare took the watch and looked at it gloomily: then he dipped it into his cup of tea, and looked at it again: but he could think of nothing better to say than his first remark, 'It was the best butter, you know.'

His eyes looked up at the ticking clock. He bend down just enough picking up a rock as if he was hunting he smirked his eyes closed tightly as his hand moved ever so quickly hitting the clock upon his head. His eyes began to swirl as he hit the ground. Laughter escaped his lips the tea was poured from the cup to the ground, he let out a sigh.

"Wasting tea, naughty naughty..."

He said rather angry at who, who knew but the next person that came about would get a piece of his mind, if he had a mind. Of course he had paid most of his mind away. The Cheshire cat knew where he had paid it and he wouldn't open his mouth so he was mindless. Or was he he could think so~

"..."

Sitting up he rubbed his head and placed the hat upon his head. Nothing to do nothing to be minus well go home? He stood slowly and picked up his cup bowing to nothing he began to walk back.

A rabbit in a red coat and white trousers runs through the forest on his hind legs leaving a slew of scattered leafs and snapped twigs in his wake.

Oh, I am going to be so very late.

He said while running to his "new," well new to him, house that was issued to him by the queen as a replacement for the house that that evil wench Dodo and Alice destroyed.

I must find it quickly...

He opened the door and ran upstarts each steep squeaking along the way.  The outside of the house looked normal, not beautiful, but just normal.  The interior left little to be desired, the wallpaper was pealing up and there were boards missing from the floor and the ceiling.  From a quick glance you would expect this place to be condemned, but I guess they never heard of such a thing in wonderland.  Oh... right... he threw open the door to "his room" and started digging though his chest that was at the end of the bed. He suddenly stopped and tears welled up in his eyes.

It, it, its not here... it was b, b, burned....

He tightened his fists up, his tears subsided, and he released a scream.

I WILL KILL YOU, YOU FUCKING BIRD!!!!
And you to Alice... you will pay for this.
Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be too late!

-Alice thought it odd to hear no reply she took a closer look at her surroundings, no one, not the Hatter nor the Hare. Door mouse was gone too.  a sharp sting brought her attention to her right leg, a shard of teapot had made it was into her leg and was not happy in least. she plucked it from its warm red prison and made a tourniquet out of part of her dress. It hurt but she'd have to ignore it until she could get somewhere safe. Still she found it odd that there was no tea party this afternoon, she fixed the remains of the broken table as best as she could-

"This will have to do for now"

-Alice had written in jam on their table cloth "I Owe You A New Everything. Alice", she didn't want to leave things be without at least trying to make them right, she set back off into in wood, turning around she closed their front gate-

"If i had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense, nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't."

The walk back was boring, his time clock kept on going off.

"I know you wreched thing! I KnOw~~"

his voice sounded rather annoyed, moving slowly he began to sing. His voice was way out of tune but it was maily because he wasn't feeling well his tea had spieled and his mood wasn't at all a happy one at least not anymore. With his tea gone.

She suddenly could hear the sound of a man's voice to the far left of her, but ironicly there was a light at the end of the trees and bushes that way.

"I guess this is where I must go then.", she said playfully as she quickly skipped to the edge of the exiting.

The grass trail still lead off in circles and zig zags. Sometimes it would break up into squares and litter the brown ground beneath them. It was a beautiful place where she was. Bushes of every shade of green piled up everywhere around tons of trees. Some of the trees were even purple barked or there was even a ugly yellow one back where she came from. This place was different but full of color...she could actually see.

"I love this place...", she whispered out as she slowly began to walk along the path, no intent on direction.

There was a clock going off a ways away, but he'd know that screeching anywhere.

It was Hatty.

Off like a shot, the March Hare left the path to find his friend. Something was odd, though, and went unnoticed by the rabbit in his hurry. There was something stirring in the darkness.
The March Hare took the watch and looked at it gloomily: then he dipped it into his cup of tea, and looked at it again: but he could think of nothing better to say than his first remark, 'It was the best butter, you know.'

-Alice took a look around for Soldiers before setting off, it wasn't very long before she saw a figure in the distance, was it a soldier ? Cheshire? the Rabbit or maybe even the Hatter? Alice didn't want to get too close in case she needed a quick get away. Just then a second appeared-

"Who's there?"

-Alice waited for an answer-

"If i had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense, nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't."

She found the flower patches...

Mesmerized by their endless beauty, she gapped in awe at the colors and shapes that contained the floral aromas that were out of this world. Why had she not known of this place before. Was she dreaming? How did she find this place?

"You are all so beautiful...", she whispered out, her hands out to the sides of her, flowers on either side of her gathering closer to her.

It was like everything was alive here...spiritually.

The Hatter tripped he looked down shaking his head, how had he come to such a horrible place how had he come to be in this time, without any tea? what kind of world did he live in. Of course had forgotten about his tea pot beside him but that was beyond the meaning of where he was right now. He looked at the ground soft of paled.

"Oh well, oh how, oh when, oh whoO~"

he spoke to himself and looked up holding his cup to his lips before she sprung up, and ran past his friend the Hare, and into the patches of flowers. Who in turn scream at suddenly being ripped to shreds and stuck in a tea pot. He let out a few tears placing them in the blue pot he was carrying and holding his finger up beneath it he pushed it up and let it warm by the on going lovely sun. Pulling it down he looked at it and rejoiced~

"Tea time~!"

He let his voice scream through out wonderland

Startled by his friend running straight passed him, the Hare froze in place for a moment before whirling around to chase after the Hatter. It wasn't far, but unfortunately a root stuck out and tripped him, possibly in retaliation for all the flowers the Hatter had just ripped apart. Slowly sitting up, Marchy scowled at the offending plant.

When nothing else happened, he stood and continued on after his friend.

"Hatty?"

"You've missed tea time, naughty bun bun"

He spoke moving his hand up the Hare's back before he stepped away from the rabbit he turned around his leg up resting his cup

Pouting, the Hare folded his arms across his chest at his friend's antics. This was normal for the Hatter, really, so it wasn't really surprising. Hatty tended to be pretty touchy in general and his best friend in the world was no exception.

"You weren't at the table and neither was Dormy. I've had to come out here to find you at all and the only thing to say is that I'm late for tea," he grumbled, though really relieved to be with his friend. Sighing as if seriously put upon, Marchy drew his half-cup from one of his pockets. "Well, if I must then maybe half a cup will be enough."
The March Hare took the watch and looked at it gloomily: then he dipped it into his cup of tea, and looked at it again: but he could think of nothing better to say than his first remark, 'It was the best butter, you know.'

"I read a book the other day~"

He trailed looking about him he could feel something strange before he looked at his bun friend, was it just him or did his friend looked more, Human the hatter shrugged.

"It had a mummies"

of course by now he was disregarding what his friend had said or rather attempted to say or thought he said? he shrugged again

"Mummies? Aren't those what little kids run to?" Marchy asked, taking a sip of tea. Hares had no need for such things as they were born above ground with their eyes open and a full coat of fur. Not that he could remember his parents, but it's not like he needed them.

"In any case, why weren't you at the table this morning? Have you seen Dormy today?" The Hare asked patiently, knowing that sometimes the question just had to be reiterated before Hatty would answer. His mind just worked that way and Marchy didn't mind at all.
The March Hare took the watch and looked at it gloomily: then he dipped it into his cup of tea, and looked at it again: but he could think of nothing better to say than his first remark, 'It was the best butter, you know.'
