Ok Sooooo after much work... I killed the software that DA runs on.  Its just a little hassle not much more than that.  All I need to do it backup everything and do a wipe and install a fresh copy of the forum, then install the database files, and lastly install mods and the theme.  Whew.  As of now the portal works, and the boards work, but no profile.  I'm good at this stuff but not good enough to fix this eff up.

I want to say I'm sorry for clogging up the internets with borken DA, but atleast everyone can chat.

First thanks to everyone for your worlds of encouragement! Secondly I have good news and bad news... good news is I tried to open the backup our server made for me and found out it was a dud before I started deleting thing.  Bad news is that it is taking forever to download the 3 gb file I made by hand.  DA has yet to be killed so go forth and post to your harts content.  Still no profiles but at least you can post on the boards.  When I'm ready to kill DA Ill put the site into a maintenance mode then everyone can use temp.desertanime.com just to chat, I though I could combine the two boards back together but that is not going to happen.  I'm not awesome with he SQL databases like I thought I was.  Have fun for one more day. XP

Good luck Zero, I know programming can be a real pain but if you made this one you can do it again. i know you will put you most into fixing this issue.
