[Mina Tepes]

The female protagonist and the current ruler of the Vampire world. She usually appears in a young and prepubescent state, though she is not shy enough to feel embarrassed when naked. Mina can act aggressive, cocky, and naughty. However, she actually feels vulnerable and lonely. She cares very much for the welfare of her people and does everything in her power to protect and preserve her species. Mina sympathizes towards the Fangless (vampires who ripped out their own fangs), creating a city underneath the Bund where they can live freely and without persecution. It is revealed that she is in love with Akira since first meeting him or related to him in a close fashion, to the point her secret room is covered from floor to ceiling with nothing but pictures of him. Mina's soul's true form is an adult version of herself with wings. She wishes to have this form kept a secret, as that form's body is able to give birth while her current one cannot, and because of that, she would be forced into marrying one of the Three Nobles, who are also "True Bloods" like her. Mina's name can be derived from the Vlad the Impaler story and Dracula. Tepeş is the Romanian word for Impaler, the reason Vlad the Impaler is called Vlad Tepeş, and Mina was the name of the woman that Dracula sought to have as his new bride in the original novel.

Carbon copies of anime characters aren't allowed. You can use the images, but you have to create your own story and character info

It is perfectly fine for there to be carbon copies of anime characters - as long as you stay true to the character. We do encourage original characters and have an entire, original world for them to run around in but it is not required.

Then you should have posted that you were wrong here to clear it all up. We don't want anyone coming along, reading this, and freaking out when it is unnecessary.

Also, you might want to actually find out what the policy is before responding to anything like this in the future.

I forgot to mostly and as I stated before "I might be wrong, but I'm not sure." Thusly, it showed I was unsure on the topic and would require the player to further investigate. I didn't think I was required to come back on and say 'I was wrong' when I said originally that I wasn't sure in the first place. And that it was a heads up. It's not like I personally said "You can't do it!" Otherwise then, yes, I definitely would have came back and apologized.

Aria Haruka will be informed as well because she is the one who said it definitely wasn't, but you are the one who suggested the possibility. We need to make sure that all rules are perfectly clear and cannot leave such vague things like this up lest someone get the wrong idea.

I never did use the internet as an excuse. You're seeming to jump on this with a holy vengeance just because I stated it might not be allowed. Might being the key word. Mostly just wanting to be helpful and not wanting her to get in trouble. But then I found out, she was going to be fine with the character. So I left things as they were. But when I mentioned the internet, it's no reason to take things seriously man.

Watch yourself Mirror. I had all of that cleared up yesterday and got on here to apologize to Mina. You, however, are arrogant. A little discretion is advised. I will no longer push this, seeing as this thread is not mine or yours to be attacking anyone. I admit that I was mislead by previous statements that were made when I joined and apologize about inaccurately posting info and I have tried to remove the post. All I'm saying is you don't have to be mean to get your point across.

On that note, Mina, I am terribly sorry  that I misinformed you. I was educated by Zero, Neko, and Blackcat. I do hope to see what you do with the character you've posted.
