Hearing the mummy start talking again, the Hare jumped and pulled Sato back towards the door. One of the brave ones had left and now there were only two between him and the mummy. The Hare really didn't want to be in the room anymore, especially since he was now somewhat properly dressed. Did Miss Ayaka really need to sit in front of the magic box? Was she figuring out how to seal the mummy in there permanently?

The Hare would really like it if she was.
The March Hare took the watch and looked at it gloomily: then he dipped it into his cup of tea, and looked at it again: but he could think of nothing better to say than his first remark, 'It was the best butter, you know.'

Ayaka couldn't help but to chuckle, and in turn also feel a bit proud that she had manged to click on the right thing. Her eyes wonder back to Sato with a soft smile she nodded. Maybe having Sato's little angel brother help wouldn't be a bad idea, maybe just maybe he could make sure midory worked properly.

"Please do call him Sato."

She answer to him, before looking back at a rather rediant green boy page. She chuckled and nodded.

"You were searching for Arora?"

"I'll be right back, then," Sato murmured idly as he turned and started for the door. The Hare remained firmly attached, but that was of no consequence. Finding his brother's bell in a strange town was a little harder, but eventually he spotted it hanging from the eave of what must be the post office from the sign. Even in the slight breeze, the bell did not ring and hardly swayed at all.

Reaching up calmly, Sato rang it and was unsurprised by the clear sound. His brother, despite being a vampire, had made it into Heaven. With a soft -pop- his brother arrived, beaming brightly, just before he dove and essentially glomped the redhead. His attachment seemed a bit surprised but completely unwary.

"Sash-" The redhead managed to clamp a hand over Tenshi's mouth before he finished the word.

"I go by Sato and this is the March Hare. We require your assistance with a computer program and one of my projects. Do you mind?" Both of them were still clinging to him as Tenshi nodded, wings fluttering behind him in happiness at being needed and seeing his only little brother.

"I've missed you so much!" With a sigh, the red-haired vampire started inching back the way they'd come, but neither his brother nor the Hare loosened their hold. They were quite determined to cling to him for all that they were worth.

It would be a much longer walk back to Ayaka's place.

"Right!" Midori wobbled to his feet and looked around for the white-haired woman who he was sure was his best and only friend. Unable to find her visually, he glanced back at the lady through the window. "Where is she?"

Apparently, he had lost some data when he had crashed.

As unassuming as this new person seemed, the Hare refused to let go of his brave friend. There was a mummy upstairs and an angel attached to the same person he was. Things around here were scary-weird.

Hatty had corrected him when he had come across a book speaking of angels. His first impression was that they were pretty and kind, but then Hatty had showed him the Big Book. Angels were scary.

His new friend seemed unperturbed, but then again he was brave. Maybe even braver than Ayaka since the angel was clinging to him and the mummy hadn't touched Ayaka at all.

In any case, the Hare was going to stick close to these two valiant people so that he could be safe - unless he heard where Hatty was. He missed Hatty so much and would hurry over to him in a heartbeat.
The March Hare took the watch and looked at it gloomily: then he dipped it into his cup of tea, and looked at it again: but he could think of nothing better to say than his first remark, 'It was the best butter, you know.'
